About the Governing Body
The Governing Body of Gurukrupa College of Management is the apex decision-making body of the institution, constituted as per the guidelines of AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and BPUT (Biju Patnaik University of Technology), Odisha.
The Governing Body is responsible for formulating policies, overseeing academic standards, approving budgets, strategic planning, and ensuring that the institution adheres to all regulatory requirements and works towards its mission of quality management education.
The Governing Body meets at least twice every academic year to review the progress of the institution, approve key decisions, and provide strategic direction to GCM's management, academic, and administrative functions.

Policy FormulationFraming institutional policies for academics, administration, finance, and development
Academic OversightMonitoring academic standards, quality assurance, and curriculum development
Budget ApprovalReviewing and approving the annual budget, expenditure, and financial plans
Appointment of FacultyApproving the appointment of Principal, Dean, and senior faculty positions
Regulatory ComplianceEnsuring compliance with AICTE, BPUT, UGC, and Government of Odisha regulations
Strategic PlanningSetting the long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals for institutional growth
Student WelfareOverseeing student welfare, grievance redressal, and campus development
Industry PartnershipFacilitating MoUs, industry collaborations, and placement partnerships
